Begin your morning with coffee on the veranda beneath century-old trees, listening to birdsong and the rustle of leaves. Inside, the home features three comfortable bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, welcoming gathering spaces, and quiet nooks for reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying a little solitude. It’s a wonderful setting for family getaways, small gatherings, weekend escapes, or a restorative retreat surrounded by nature. 🏡 Lisa’s Lakehouse Located in Spring City, Tennessee, Lisa’s Lakehouse is a charming two-bedroom, one-bath cottage steps from Watts Bar Lake and conveniently located near a boat launch. Spend slow mornings on the partial wraparound porch, afternoons enjoying the lake, and evenings gathered around the propane fire pit. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, outdoor seating, and accommodations for up to six guests. Whether you’re coming to fish, boat, explore, visit family, or enjoy the peaceful rhythm of lake life, Lisa’s Lakehouse offers an easy place to settle in and stay awhile. 🐾 Bring Your Four-Legged Family Members We know vacations are better when your dogs can come along, too. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at both properties. Guests should declare pets when booking. We generally welcome up to two dogs, with additional pets considered with prior approval. Dogs should be crated when left unattended, and a large dog crate is available at Roddy Wilderness. Because livestock and other animals may be present nearby, we ask guests to follow local leash laws and ensure pets are up to date on appropriate vaccinations and flea and tick prevention. 🎉 Gather, Celebrate & Reconnect Our homes can also provide a beautiful setting for small gatherings and special occasions. If you’re planning a gathering or event during your stay, let us know when booking so we can make sure the property is a good fit and help you plan accordingly. 🚭 A Few House Guidelines We want every guest to arrive at a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home. Both properties are strictly smoke-free indoors. At Roddy Wilderness, smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area away from the home. A $300 smoking fee may be assessed if smoking occurs inside the property or within the restricted area surrounding the home. We also ask guests to dispose of trash properly, respect the surrounding land and wildlife, and care for the property as if it were their own home. Come
